30 days money back on all our products (the 30 days start when you receive the package, not when you place an order) this mean you have a full 30 days between the time you get the package and the time you ask for a RMA number.

We refund the entire transaction including the initial shipping charge so you only pay shipping to send back.

Please always ask for RMA and return procedure before sending back a product.
