30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

Defective or wrong items

Every gadget we sell is tested before it goes on the shelf, but if something arrives defective — or we sent you the wrong item — contact us within 30 days with a photo or short video. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

Email thegadgetzone25@gmail.com or call/text +1 437-771-7275 with your order number. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is on you unless the item was defective or we made the mistake.

Items marked as final sale can't be returned.

In-store purchases

Bought it at our Westwood Mall kiosk (Shop 1B14, 7215 Goreway Dr, Mississauga)? The same 30-day policy applies — just bring the item and your receipt.
