The basics
By shopping at The Gadgets Zone (thegadgetszone.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.
- We work hard to keep product descriptions and availability accurate, but occasional errors happen — if we spot one in your order, we'll contact you before processing it.
- Every product we sell is tested by our team before listing. That said, gadgets should be used as intended and according to any included instructions.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm by email once your order is accepted and processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred) — if that happens, you'll get a full refund.
Shipping, returns and privacy
Our shipping policy, refund policy, and privacy policy are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store — no fraud, no interfering with how it works, no scraping content for resale.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept them.
